RETURNS & FAQ'S
We are startup business & unfortunately we do not offer refunds at this time. For any issues or a change of heart, email us within 5 days requesting an exchange. If an item arrived damaged, please include a photo of the product in your email. Clothing should be in original condition with no signs of any wear for exchanges. Any return shipping costs must be paid by the buyer.
Processing takes 1-2 business days. All orders ship via DHL express, and should be delivered within 5-7 days within Canada/USA. Your shipping costs are already included in the prices. Any additional fees charged by customs must be paid by the buyer for package to be released.
Your privacy matters to us. Our shop has SSL, which adds a layer of security when you enter your information at checkout.
We do not have a storefront, our business is solely online at the moment. We do have occasional pop up shops located in the city of Toronto.
